At WebHubPro, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. This policy outlines when refunds may be issued.

Advance Payment

The 50% advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers the time and resources allocated to your project.

Refund Eligibility

• If work has not yet started, a full refund of the advance is possible within 48 hours of payment.
• If work has started but the project is cancelled by the client, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed.
• No refund is applicable once final deliverables have been handed over.

If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us first at info@webhubpro.in. We will work to resolve the issue before any refund is considered.

Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
